What to Expect
What to Bring
- Identity Card/Passport for registration and verification
- Staff pass (for corporate clients)
- Previous medical records (e.g., doctor’s memo, X-ray films, ECG/medical reports) or any current medications
- Glasses for vision tests if applicable (please avoid wearing contact lenses)
Before Your Screening
- For tests including blood glucose and cholesterol, fast for at least 8 hours before your appointment
- For ladies: Schedule urine, stool, pap smear tests, or pelvic examinations 5 days before or after menstruation to ensure accurate results.
- Specimen containers for stool and urine tests will be provided on the day of screening. Alternatively, you may collect them from our clinic before your appointment.
After Your Screening
We’ll notify you via SMS when your results are ready. You may pick up the report from the clinic. In some instances, you may require a follow-up appointment with your doctor to go over the results.

What do I need to bring to the clinic for the medical examination for migrant workers?
You will need to bring along the Medical Examination Form and In-Principle Approval Form.
How will I receive the results?
Our clinic will SMS you when the results and forms are available for collection.
Should I make an appointment for the medical check up?
You may make an appointment so that you may be seen more promptly. Walk ins are acceptable as well. Due to the nature of varying complexity of cases in the clinic, both may be subject to waiting times. Chest X rays will be performed at a nearby partner radiology center.
Can I request a hard copy of the results?
Yes ,you may receive the hard copy at no extra charge.
What if my maid fails the 6ME Medical Check Up?
If your maid does not pass the 6ME check-up, the work permit must be cancelled and the maid must be sent home immediately
How do I know which tests is applicable for my maid’s upcoming 6ME Medical Check Up?
The 6ME letter that MOM sends to you will state the tests that your maid is required to do.
In general, these are the tests required:
- Pregnancy and VDRL- every 6 months
- HIV- every 2 years
- TB- Once, upon 2 years of stay in Singapore
- Checks on Body Mass Index (BMI) and visible signs of abuse
