Dr Dave Chan

Dr Chan received his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery degree from the National University of Singapore. Previously, he also graduated with a 1st class honours in Bachelor of Science(Medicine) from University of St Andrews (UK).

Following graduation, he has rotated around in different specialties including Internal Medicine, Orthopaedics, General Surgery, Emergency medicine, Anaesthesia. He was also awarded the COVID-19 resilience medal in 2023 for his efforts in participating in the national fight against COVID-19.

He is also one of the PaedsEngage accredited general practitioners to manage common paediatric conditions and is now currently pursuing the Graduate Diploma of Family Medicine.

Dr Chan firmly believed that by partnering with patients, they would feel more empowered to reach their healthcare goals. Hence, he would engage with patients to understand their concerns, ideas or expectations, so that they are more actively involved in taking charge of their own health.

Outside of his work, he values the importance of leading a balanced lifestyle. He would often take time out to spend quality time with his family and exercise in the gym.
