- Age: Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents (PRs) aged 40 years and above.
- Health Condition: Individuals with or without chronic diseases can join.
- Existing GP Relationship: If you already have a preferred GP (General Practitioner), like those at Intemedical, you can select them as your dedicated Healthier SG doctor.

No, enrollment in Healthier SG is not mandatory. However, signing up gives you access to a range of health benefits, including free screenings, vaccinations, and ongoing support for chronic disease management with a dedicated family doctor.
Can I help my parents enroll in Healthier SG?
- Log in to the HealthHub app using your Singpass.
- Select the option to enroll “For Dependant”.
- Enter your parent’s details and select Intemedical as their preferred clinic.
- Once completed, your parent will be contacted to confirm and complete their enrollment.
Do I still receive the 3,000 health points if I enrol with Intemedical?
Yes, you will still receive 3,000 health points in your Healthy 365 app after enrolling with Intemedical under Healthier SG. These points can be used to redeem rewards via the Health Promotion Board’s (HPB) Healthy 365 program.
When can I start enrolling in Healthier SG?
All Singapore citizens and permanent residents residents aged 40 and above are welcome to enrol in Health SG using the HealthHub app.
Is it mandatory to sign up for Healthier SG?
Enrolling in Healthier SG is not mandatory, but you can enjoy additional benefits for future chronic disease consultations with your family physicians.
